QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
Throughout its years of existence, Lucentum Digital has always sought excellence and complete customer satisfaction. This approach has allowed it to be resilient and adapt to market changes and customer requirements. Along the way, Lucentum Digital has drawn on its extensive experience, know-how acquired over many years, and a staff of professionals from different disciplines.
From this point of view, the quality policy is a fundamental pillar in the functioning of the company, in its development and in its quest for continuous improvement. The importance given to the quality policy by the company’s management, aware of the constant changes and challenges in the business world, cannot be underestimated, and therefore creates a commitment at all levels of the company.
For this reason, and aware of the importance of quality policy for the survival and prosperity of LD, the company makes a firm and imperative commitment to use all its human and technical potential to implement, comply with and achieve the objectives set out in this Quality Management Manual.
The foundations on which Lucentum Digital relies to achieve these objectives are directly linked to the company’s mission, vision and values. The principles that govern the company’s daily activities are:
